SENIOR EXECUTION PLANNER (f/m/d) work phases 5-7 in Hamburg

Would you like to manage the execution of exciting and diverse planning projects in a committed team? We are looking for reinforcement in the very practice-oriented implementation planning of our construction projects (public and private open spaces or sports fields). This requires your sense for the quality of designs as well as the use of practical tools for the organization of implementation.

The position includes the following tasks:

  • Creating implementation plans: site plans, massing plans, height differences, course and structure of walls and steps, paving and gravel areas, planting plans
  • Coordination with specialist planners (architects, structural engineering, TGA)
  • Drawing up specifications describing all the work and services required
  • Obtaining, checking and coordinating offers from specialist companies / manufacturers
  • Commissioning external companies
  • Cost calculation according to DIN 276
  • Site inspections and coordination with the client

What you should bring with you:

  • Degree in the field of open space planning / landscape architecture / landscape planning / urbanism or similar
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience
  • At least B2 level German language skills
  • Good organizational skills, project management and teamwork skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, Vectorworks or other CAD programs, ORCA and MS Office
  • Driving license class B

JUNIOR EXECUTION PLANNER (f/m/d) with a focus on work phases 3 and 5-7

Would you like to work in a committed team? We are looking to strengthen our technical planning department. This requires both your sense for the quality of designs and your very good ability to depict this quality through your work on CAD.

The position includes the following areas of responsibility:

  • The main task is the creation of plans according to instructions
  • Creating implementation plans and planting plans
  • Assistance with cost calculation through mass plans
  • Coordination with colleagues from other disciplines
  • Communicating with specialist companies and manufacturers by email and telephone in German
  • Visiting construction sites and taking minutes

What you should bring with you:

  • At least a (Bachelor's) degree in open space planning / landscape architecture or related subjects
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • German language skills of at least B2 level
  • Good organizational skills, project management and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Vectorworks / AutoCad, Adobe Suite and MS Office
